Media Window won't open to download photos

    Help!!! For the past three days, when I click on Add Media to add photos to my blog, the media window opens, but there is are buttons to download and choose files- its just a blank screen. If I click on library, that window opens but I cannot attach the photos- the screen goes dark. If I click on add new, I get a blank screen. I have cleared my cache, updated my browser to Windows 10, added Microsoft security, scanned my computer for viruses. My blog has been fine until three days ago, and I didn’t add anything or change anything- WP just stopped working! My blog is no good without pictures!! Can someone please help me!?!?!
