Media won't load or upload new images; stats will not load

  I’ve been trying for over a week to publish my new post, but the media gallery will not let me add any new pictures, nor will it load any of my old ones. What’s going on? I have tried different browsers and updating the newest version of wordpress but the media feature still won’t work. Also, my site stats when I go to wordpress.com ‘My Site’ will not load. It keeps saying error. Super frustrating b/c I need to get my new posts on the blog. Please help!
