meebo and vodpod size

  Hi all, i put meebo and vodpod on my sidebar. but their size is just too big or too small for my side bar. can i adjust their size with my sidebar? (you can check nuevaonweb.wordpress.com to see what i mean)
  btw, i use contempt 1.0 for my theme. thank you.
