You can try adding in the code into the Meebo widget but, considering that it’s an embed code, those are stripped from all user input due to security concerns.

They’re a VIP blog, which means they’re exempt from most of the restrictions here and have totally separate hosting, so they haven’t got the same security restrictions.

Actually, I just noticed that meebo is enabled on our blogs. There’s an FAQ about it.

Yes, but those aren’t the rooms that the poster is discussing. They now do multiple chatter rooms in addition to 1 on 1.
And insert standard joke about you young people and how we had to deal with IRC way back when. :)

So there is no way of embedding a meebo room into a wordpress.com sidebar. I’m assuming it’ll work via wordpress.org but I’m not ready to make the move yet.
