Meet The Team Page Rendering Issues | At a Loss

    Hey WP Peeps,

    I’ve got a puzzling issue with a outdated site that seems to be throwing me around in circles. In short the URL above takes you to a team page. The issue is when I got in to the page to edit the avatars/details, nothing renders (keep in mind WPBakery Visual Composer is in use). But it doesn’t look like this page specifically uses VC plugin.

    I’m looking for any direction on how to customize, add, edit this page without having to rebuild it.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    The site I need help with is customermarketinggroup.com/about-us/meet-the-team/. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.

    Please ask the WordPress.org community for advice instead. They provide support for the version of WordPress you’re using:

    If you suspect the issue might be related to Visual Composer, you can also try contacting support for that plugin directly.
