Meeting Minutes

Is there, and if so where, a theme that handles meeting minutes?
I’m in a club that has thousands of minutes that I need to put online. I have not been able to find anything that would handle that many.
Any help of course is greatly appreciated.

There is no such theme here. Use a post for recording each separate meeting. For creating a post see here http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/#publish-a-new-post

What’s to fear. I have recorded minutes of meetings in posts for years and for many organizations.

Minutes are a record of motions. Minutes do not include discussion so if you are doing verbatim transcripts of discussion then you are not doing “minutes”. Verbatim transcripts are only required by every few organizations for very specific legal reasons and my pay for doing them is quadruple what I charge for anything else at all. As for “minutes” I record those free of charge.

If you already have the minutes typed in some sort of Word Processing program – you can convert them to PDF – upload the PDF file then link to the file. You can also use Scribd if you want to embed the PDF document in a Post or Page, also I think Google Docs can be used

Thing about here is that many times there is more than one way to do something
Many groups PDF documents then send them in email, if that is the case here – much of the work is already done
