  ive post some vids from megavideo into my blog… but since a couple of hours i cant see them… just wonder if im the only one who has this problem

  WordPress has a pretty good archival system, it’s rare things disappear forever. Contact support staff, there’s almost nothing volunteers can do to get lost data back. Volunteers also can’t see your protected blog, so they can’t determine the source of the problem. If you leave links to the posts it’d be possible for volunteers to at least see where the problem is and offer some feedback.

  If the videos were hosted somewhere else maybe try clearing your cache, logging out of your WP account, closing your browser and restarting. It works. But if these videos have disappeared from your WP-hosted archives you need to contact WP support right away.

  @axelmoto, since your blog is set to private, the volunteers here in the forums cannot help. You will have to contact staff directly at the link feartheseeds gave you.

  ive got a lot of blogs some are set to private, and others are public

  ive embed vids from megavideo since a long time and never have problem

  now i lost all them all…

  First off, I’ve never seen anything that indicates that megavideo is supported here. I just tried inserting the embed code and wordpress stripped it out of the post. There is also no shortcode for megavideo listed here: http://faq.wordpress.com/2008/06/18/what-are-the-wordpress-shortcodes/ .

  Were you using the vodpod button to embed the videos?

  Has anyone considered that the problem might be on Megavideo’s side? Has anyone thought to contact them?
