Member areas and excel integration

    I currentlyncrate gym programmes in excel and am looking for a way to distribute them to my clients at the moment I am using google drive however is there a way to create a member area on a wordpress site and the site be integrated with excel so the relevant gym program can be viewed by the releveant member? Is it also possible to create user forms that allow results to be recorded and sent back to excel?
