  Hi;

  I am a total newbie to WordPress; and my intention is to create a WEBSITE not blog with the help of WordPress. I am all signed up with hosting and I have been trying to design. At the moment – it looks as though my site is a blog?

  What I want to do, is have one main page and then have a log in page for members to access with private pages.

  Does anyone know how I can go about doing something like this?

  I would welcome any advice.

  Sorry, that site is self-hosted and you need to head over to the WordPress.org forums as that is where self-hosted wordpress blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG are supported.

  These forums are for those hosted here on the wordpress.COM free hosting service and things here work differently.
