  i created one blog through WordPress but i want to install plugin Ie
  i want to activate member registration Area so everyone can see post but
  only after the registration

  please Give Step to step info Give some scrrenshots which helps me more to create that registration

  Is this the blog you are talking about http://aktsa.wordpress.com/ ? If so, plugins are not allowed here at wordpress.COM: http://support.wordpress.com/plugins/ .

  What you can do is to set the blog to private (settings > privacy) and then invite the people you want to be able to view the blog. You can have up to 35. If you need more than that, then you would have to buy the unlimited private user upgrade.

  Each person you invite will have to sign up for a wordpress.COM account but they do not have to sign up for a blog. Just a username and password.
