  I am trying to contact a member I know, but I can’t figure out how to do it?
  Can someone help me with this?

  Do we have a list of members names somewhere?

  You can’t. The member can set his/her home page in his/her profile and his/her AIM or YIM, but if the member has not done so, there’s no way to contact him or her through WordPress.
