Members hide/block others from communicating with them?

I have a few members who have asked me if it is possible to make it so that they can block certain members posts (in the forum) from being shown to them. It seems that some members just don;t get along and would like to completely blank out and replies and/or posts by certain members (the ones they have a problem with).
Do any of you know of a plugin that can accomplish this?
I am using Mingle Forums.
Also, is there a more generic plugin to allow one member to block certain other members from contacting them? Sort of like a personal blacklist-book.
