Members match making plugin or customisation

  Is there a plugin that would allow me to match members by interest, industry etc.
  I am managing website that is membership based and want for members to be able to connect.

I would search in the WordPress.org Plugin section to see what is available, and even try a search engine as there could be some premium plugins available that are not listed at WordPress.org.
