members unable to work on website build

  I have members in my group who are unable to get on website to work on adding or editing website to complete build. members were originally set as contributors but upgraded to administrative level later on.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Are those people have trouble working on alzheimersgroupproject.wordpress.com, or is there another site you need help with?

  If it’s alzheimersgroupproject.wordpress.com, can you tell me more about what is happening when they try to access the site? For example, they are seeing an error message.

  Just let me know and we can from there.
