members/guests sending emails through website to all members at once

I made a WordPress site for my Toastmasters club and I would like a way for all of the club officers to receive an email at once and another email to send to all members at once? Is there such a way or can I create something like that?

WordPress.com does not provide an email service. I cannot think of any way to do this through the blog.
