no? as in anyone can view it without an account right? just give them my addy for here and they wouldnt have a problem viewing it right? and if i did make my blog private is there a way only a certain person is able to view it?

If your blog is not private now everyone can see it. They do not have to register with wordpress.
Yes you can have a private blog and password protect it. You can limit your blog viewers by password protecting it and if you do that then only those who you invite to see it will be able to see it. They will have to register with wordpress.
