There is currently no Monthly Paid membership. Each membership bills Annually but shows you a monthly breakdown.

I’m new to WordPress, if things does workout in couple of months than how do I get back my money back otherwise would be waste of money.

Have you signed up yet for a paid subscription plan?
You could get a great start and feel for WordPress through the free version and then upgrade from there when you see fit.

The WordPress community is really great to help you along also. Along with the community, WordPress.com has a great support staff that are always striving to give great customer service so you should have no problem sorting things out.
Like I said, if you wanted to get started on the free version, it really does have everything you would need out of the box to make a great website.

I have signed for free plan but can’t do much to build a site I want, if go for premium plan and still have problem to finish the site or get hands on WordPress tools than what would be option to cancel and get remaining refund. And also in your reply link I don’t see refund period for premium membership cancellation.

You have 30 days to request a refund for any purchases included the premium upgrade.
With the customization you will be able to do more with an upgrade like you are saying, that is correct. Also, each theme has its own customization capabilities as well. So you can look into that also. Activating themes can be done as many times as you please so you can test out a few and see what you can do with each.
