    Hi, I was recently billed for my membership under this account and I want to cancel and refund my money. I thought I already cancelled the membership but when I logged into the account it said I had no membership, no billing statement and my card is not saved so I am confused on why I don’t have a membership but was billed for it? and how to cancel and refund my money.
