  I would like to set up a blog/website where at some point there could be payment for individuals to have access to certain functions or information (courses email contact etc). I’m pretty sure this is possible on wordpress? However, in addition, I would like to have groups be able to access the information. For example, if a company joined, the employees would have access. Thanks for any information.

  Hi Stuart,

  it sounds like you’d like to build a membership site where you could charge users to access information. For that, you’d need a plugin and those are available on plan Business.
  You could, for example, install WooCommerce with an extension called WooCommerce subscriptions:

  You can also opt for a more manual version of this, for example, setting up a pricing page with Recurring Payments block: https://en.support.wordpress.com/recurring-payments-button/ and then creating password protected pages and sending out the password to your subscribers.
