  Hi there,

  I was charged a fee by WordPress today even though I have no payment details on my account. Please let me know how to cancel the subscription and how would I be refunded the amount as the my card was charged without my permission.

  We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

  And, those numbers don’t match anything in our system.

  If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.
