  Is there a way to import member log-in in the ‘simple membership’ plug-in?

  Or do all members create their own log-in information? Thanks.

  I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

  At the moment I have not started creating my site yet. Just checking on features for the “simple membership” plug-in.

  I’d like to know if I can bulk import usernames and passwords as a part of that plug-in before I get started on a site.

  Thanks for clarifying. The plugin “Simple Memberships” is not one that we created. WordPress is an open platform (similar to apps on your smartphone) so other companies can also create custom solutions that “work with WordPress” by coding it as a plugin.

  Because of this, we are not familiar with the workings of this plugin in detail and are not able to answer your question directly. The good news is that I see the creators of this plugin have provided documentation on how it works, and you may be able to find the answer to your import question here: Simple Membership Documentation

  I did see on that documentation page there are a few sections specific to importing users that cover a few different methods you can proceed.

  Please note that to use plugins you will need either our Business or eCommerce plan active on the site. You can add that from the link below.
