Membership Expired need data back

My payment expired two months ago. Therefore my website was deleted. I didn’t notice this! I read you guys keep a backup stored. Is this correct? Is it still available?

Hi there!
I checked the records and noticed that you canceled your plan shortly after upgrading back in May 2023. So, if your site expired two months ago, you may be referring to your WordPress.org site that’s hosted elsewhere.
I checked your domain and found that it’s pointing to GoDaddy nameservers. Is your site hosted by them? If yes, please contact GoDaddy support, as we won’t be able to help in this case.
To clarify, there are two types of WordPress — WordPress.com, that’s us — and WordPress.org, which is the free software anyone can download and host with many different hosting companies. Your site at spoqes.com is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, and by the domain’s nameservers, I assume GoDaddy is the host. That’s why you’d need to contact them for help.
If you’d prefer our world-class support (the yearly Business plan gives you access to 24/7 live chat support, for example), you can migrate your entire site to WordPress.com. I recommend the Business plan for this, as you will get to use the same themes/plugins you already have on your site, but you are welcome to explore other WordPress.com plans.
If you don’t want to migrate to WordPress.com yet, we also recommend checking out Jetpack plans, which include essential features like automatic backups with one-click restores, automatic malware and security scanning, and video-uploading features. These are perfect for self-hosted WordPress.org sites, so feel free to check them out. :)
Feel free to let us know if there’s anything else you need, and we’ll be happy to help.
