  good day to all support members. i would like to get assistance if we have a sort of membership form plugin and how can we download. my site is actually specific for a group of individuals in specific condition. this i believe is beneficial for the site itself to know the numbers of individuals per specific target locations. thanking for your usual support.

  @ airodyssey: i have contact form already. contact form is not necessarily a membership form, we know that. my purpose is to have a database of members to know the figures, which i explained above. i think i have to ask the Support..
