  I would like to know if the Premium membership would allow me to create these features for this site:

  Membership posting forum (messageboard)
  Donation and Registration Page (Want it link to PayPal or Merchant Account)
  Video upload Page
  Job Resume Upload Page
  Loan Application Upload Page
  Live Webcam with chat Page
  All Links, Buttons, Pics click on lead to donation page until registered
  Fund page (Listing fund received and paid out in whole and by state)
  Product Purchasing Page (Link to PayPal or Merchant Account)
  Business Directory Page
  Insert Ads for business members

  Can all this be accomplished with the Premium Membership Plan????

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  None of this is possible on WordPress.com, regardless of plan. To add these features to your site you will need several plugins, and those can only be used on the self-hosted version of WordPress which you install at a hosting provider like Pressable or Bluehost.

  Thank you….should I go there to ask the same question? I wanted to ask before signing up and then realizing its the wrong plan. First time self builder.

  You should be able to get advice on which plugins to use for these features in the WordPress.org forums, yes:
