Membership payment

Hello
I can’t start my membership program before setting up Woocommerce payment. But I can’t make it by my own.
I can’t add my business Visa card, I get error card most be Norwegian, At my card is Norwegian card!
I can’t add my bank account, Woocommerce keep asking me for retuning number 9 digits. I don’t know what it is. My bank hasn’t anything about it, not even google knows what it could be in 9 digits.
