Membrepress Plus Recurring not working

  Hello,

  I have integrated MemberPress Plus within my website and payment gateway is stripe.

  The problem is recurring payment has been done in the stripe gateway side but not transaction entry been made in the memberpress plus plugin’ transaction tab. Tha’s why user is marked as the in-active and they can’t access their course on my website.

  I would be appreciated if someone can help me with this.

  Note:
  I have configured the webhooks and all the configuration in memberpress plus plugins.

  You have posted in the support forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. We don’t provide support for sites using the open source WordPress.org software at other hosting providers, or for specific plugins for that software.
