Memolane shortcodes

  • Unknown's avatar

Hi — I’m experimenting with Memolane shortcodes to embed lanes in a post, as described here:

    http://en.support.wordpress.com/memolane-embed/

The support page says to use

    [memolane lane="mylanename"]

… replacing “mylanename” with my user name, but this causes a Memolane to report they can’t find the requested lane, and a link to view all my lanes.

If I replace “mylanename” with the name of the *lane* that I want to display, the embedded viewer defaults to a lane of Memolane blog posts.

Are there more parameters for the shortcode, like user ID, maybe? Has anyone been able to get this to work?

Thanks for any help with this.
