  trying to customize menu bar

  Thank you! I’m just trying to get a menu bar that says:
  Home About ShopOnline Contact

  And maybe couple more things but haven’t decided yet!
  Everytime I try to add a menu, the bar disappears and I have to go back to default to get it back! Not very tech savvy at all!

  @westhallambeauty you probably need to create your own Custom menu if you haven’t yet, and set it as menu to be displayed.

  Have a look at this guide which explains how to set a custom menu: https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/.
  The document says also how to include external links, single blog posts and category/tag pages in the menu along with ‘regular’ pages.
