    Howdy ohrage!
    You need to navigate to Personalize Themes–>Customize–>Menu
    You can access your Menu there, and use the below support document to organize it, you can add the menu items, you want in the drop down and then just organize it so they appear as Drop Down, the guide below is linked to organize and the above section helps you to add menu items as per your needs
