  I created a custom menu, but am having trouble putting the posts I want into those menus. For example, if I posted a recipe, how can I put the post under the ‘Baking’ tab of my menu?

  You will assign categories to your posts. This automatically creates “category pages” which can be linked from your menu. Read all about it here:
