  I am using the theme Coutoire and the primary menu that I have placed in the top of the website is moving along when I scroll down on the website. Can you help me please by figuring out how to make it stay in place?

  Hi there,

  It is not possible to add a “fixed menu” to a theme that was not designed with one, unless you first upgrade to our WordPress.com Premium Plan. This plan includes the ability to add custom CSS code, which can be used to modify the theme code to display a fixed menu instead of the one it is built with by default.   Also, without upgrading you can switch to any of these themes, which include a “fixed menu” as part of the default theme design:
