  I’m trying to remove one of my menu links and I have no idea how to do it. I went to customize>menus>primary menu> and even though I removed the link, it still shows up.

  Hi there,

  Can you tell me which link you’re trying to remove?

  The menu you see on your site at the moment is the default menu that simply lists all published pages on the site.

  I took a look at your Customizer and see you have two custom menus, one titled “Primary” and the other titled “Primary Menu”, but neither of them is active – for a custom menu to be active, it needs to be assigned to the Navigation Menu area for the theme:

  So go to the menu that looks the way you want, check that box to assign the menu, and save the changes. Then your custom menu will replace the default menu.
