  Why is the menu suddenly smaller after changing back from another theme, and how do I put it back?

  Oops! It seems you have a custom design in which case you ought to post to the CSS Forum https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/css-customization#postform Know that all CSS editing is theme specific editing so if you change themes you get unexpected results.
