  Totally different problem…

  I am so stunned that I am running into so many issues with this new layout:-(

  I just wrote a passionate, long heartfelt post which I felt really good about, revised it several times, posted what felt like the finished product, then went to read it, and it is only the first quarter of the intended post. I am completely devastated. What do I do? I went back through all the revised editions…

  It isn’t there! It stops at the same place in each one. It is all just gone:-( What do I do?!

  It is the ayahausca part 3 post:-(

  Oh no! I’m sorry to hear about that post. Can you provide some additional details?

  1. Did you edit the post from your Dashboard (https://theconfusedbloggerdotcom.wordpress.com/wp-admin/) or from the editor at wordpress.com/post?
  2. Can you confirm that you were connected to the internet when you published the post and while you were editing?

  I was editing from my dashboard. I was connected to the internet. I updated it to my blog successfully, in it’s full content, and even had it in the correct menu/category. I was just reading over all 3 ayahuasca posts to do a few last minute edits, and when I got to the one called part 3, it was just cut off.

  The ones in my trash are not it.

  The revisions that are listed are not correct. I had done far more revisions than that. And it was so…. much…. longer….

  My content can’t possibly just be gone. It has to be here somewhere… In my computer somewhere? In wordpress hiding somewhere?

  Hi there,

  I’m terribly sorry. Since the post content isn’t in the revision history for the post, there isn’t much we can do to recover the missing text. I’ll be on the lookout for any commonality here that could have caused this to happen.
