menu and editing interface

  I have several different blogs on wordpress, and the editing looks different on all of them which is making my job really difficult.. i dont understand why wordpress has so many different interfaces. how can i chose the interface which suits me – or at least ensure that every wordpress site i edit on the same computer looks the same..?

  There are only the two types of dashboard/menu.
