Hello, Please how do I customise the menu arrows to change the colour and the angle/position of the arrow itself. This seems impossible to do. Thanks

I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end.
Is it possible you created your site under a different login? Is it the case that you are you using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

Your site is not hosted here, on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.For general help with the version of WordPress you’re using, you can ask the WordPress.org community over at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
