Menu at the top of screen: which theme allows it in any browser?

  I would like the menu to stay at the top of screen when I scroll down the page. I activated the sticky option. However, I can only see it at the top in my cell phone in any browser. Please, why in the desktop this only happens with chrome?

  Please, which theme would allow us to keep the menu at the top of the screen?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  SORRY, not even with chrome in the desktop/laptop (I just tried).

  Uff, it only remains fixed at the top of screen in a cell phone. Please, advise. Thank you.

  I’m using the Vivaldi browser on desktop, and see that your menu does remain sticky – stays at the top.

  Sorry, please, could you fix this for Firefox and Duckduckgo (or may I)? It does not remain sticky in these 2 browsers. Thanks!
