So , my multi language site wont be possible. Either the Hebrew will get mixed up or the English?
-
You can’t have both LTR and RTL under the same account.
You can, however, create a new account and use that one to publish your other language site. Then you can cross-link both sites following the third suggestion from our multilingual guide:
-
OK, i opened a new site and changed the setting to RTL but the perios, exclamation mark etc do not appear in the correct place. They appear at the beginning of the sentence instead of the end.

OK, it turns out right when the post is published, thanks.
Next question – my main site is https://clickmytrip.travel.blog/. I want to add to the Hebrew menu the new site which I built with RTL. I tried to follow the steps in the support but did not suceed. Can you explain how clickmytripbloghebrew.travel.blog will appear on the Hebew menu? Thanks again, K
-
1) I have the HEBREW menu but I want to add a link to a different site since WORDPRESS does not enable both RTL and LFR on the same site.
My main site is https://clickmytrip.travel.blog/
I want to the Hebrew menu button to forward everyone to https://clickmytripbloghebrew.travel.blog/2) Another question – why do I have hyperlinks on my home page?
Thanks, K
-
1. Excellent, then for that just add a Custom Link to your menu following https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#add-menu-items
2. Which site are you referring to? On both, I only see links that you have added yourself.

-
The custom links can be found on top of the list of all items you can add, have a look here: https://cld.wthms.co/Di52kk

GREAT! It works, Thanks a lot for yr help!
Back to my previous question – why is there a sign of 2 hyperlinks below my site tagline? and how do I get rid of them?
-
Those two icons are coming from the Social Links menu you have set up on your site. If you add a social media link to that menu, the menu will display the icon of the specific social media service. But instead of social media links, you’ve added two regular links to the menu, so it shows a generic link icon instead.
To remove that, you have to disable the social links menu. Go to My Site ->Design ->Customize ->Menus. Click on View All Locations, and under Social Menu click the selection box and make sure it’s set to
-Select-. Then save the changes in the Customizer. -
1) BUT, if i remove it, you wont be able to see the Instagarm?
2) Another question for the other RTL site – how do I change the position of the widget? It is now on the footer and I cant seem to find how to position it at the side bar.
Thanks a lot for yr help.

What Instagram? You don’t have any Instagram link added to that menu.
The Instagram feed you have in your site sidebar is added via a widget, and has absolutely noting to do with the social links menu.

Are you speaking of https://clickmytripbloghebrew.travel.blog/? Please specify the URL of the site you’re speaking of if you start asking about a different site.
That site is showing the widget in the footer, because the widget is added to a footer widget area, not to a sidebar widget area.
Additionally you have that site configured differently from https://clickmytrip.travel.blog/:
https://clickmytrip.travel.blog/ has a static front page that shows a sidebar.
https://clickmytripbloghebrew.travel.blog/ shows latest posts on the front page, and the theme you’re using on that site does not have a sidebar available on the posts page. It only shows a sidebar on static pages and single posts.
If you click through to a single post, like https://clickmytripbloghebrew.travel.blog/2019/10/15/the-dunes-and-eilat-in-israel/, the sidebar becomes visible showing the widget you added there. But there is absolutely no way to have the sidebar appear on the front page if the front page is set to show your latest posts.
