Hi I need to know why the system is not allowing me to add my menu bar. Please advise. Also I paid for premium and there should not be any more adds on my site.

Regarding the menu, are you following this guide? http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
As for the ads, I don’t see any at http://godspreciouspetals.in/
Would you please take a screenshot of what you see any upload it via Media -> Add New so we can take a look?

If you require other advertising, you might be interested in a self-hosted (WordPress.org) installation. There are no restrictions on advertising if you setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities. Thank you. I do have a subscription with blue host but I waited for two hours for their new user tutorial to come up.

What I should clarify if that we will not have ads.
We will have places we refer people.Thank you. I hope this helps to clarify. I will look into setting up the org self hosted site. I greatly appreciate your help.
