Menu bar at top of website

    I would like to add a background to the top menu bar of our site (www.Intiwawa.org). At the moment, when you scroll down, the items in the top menu have a transparent background as it follows you down the screen and I would like it to have a white background.

    Also, since I’ve added an extra item onto the menu, our logo has been moved one line above the menu. Is it possible to make our logo smaller so that it all fits on the same line? I think this may be part of the same problem. Please help.
