menu bar bloking my posts

  Hi!

  I am very new to blogging and I’m loving it. I have recently logged in to my page and have discovered that my posts are blocked by a bar on the side using hemingway free theme. It a list of options like archives and such but its not in a good place. How can I change/ remove this please help! I’m an 80 year old trapped in a 26year olds body I’m super confused.
