menu bar disappearing on my classified ad site

  Trying to find out how to get wordpress to fix the scripting on my classified ad site. The main menu bar that runs across the center of my website pops up for just a split second and then disappears. The problem is if you pull my site up on 50 different home computers. Only about 50% of them have this problem. But mine is one of them. My site is http://www.privatepartymotorsales.com

  You cannot have any classified ad sites hosted by wordpress.COM. they are not allowed.

  privatepartymotorsales.com is hosted by SingleHop, not by wordpress.COM.

  That site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum and or relying on the wrong support documentation.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   This is wordpress.COM support. We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
  (1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
