Menu bar help asap please

  hi there have a small problem
  on my site http://www.ctvr.ie i have a menu bar.
  I need to know if it is possible to have the menu bar heading not clickable and to just have the drop down menu items as clickable links ?? as i am jus repeating the the menu bar item again in the first drop down menu item… its a bit confusing sorry basically what i want is the main menu bar headings non clickable and the dropdown sub menu s clickable — is that possible
