Menu bar missing

  We seem to have the lost the menu bar that allows us to change the font and the colour etc – we did have 2 menu bars but now only seem to have the top one in the edit mode!
  Anyone able to help?

  Go to the end of Row 1 in the Visual editor and click the kitchen sink icon #15 http://en.support.wordpress.com/visual-editor/#row-1
  When you do that Row 2 will appear. http://en.support.wordpress.com/visual-editor/#row-2
