Menu button is not enabled/No sidebar

  Hello there. I have purchased the Writer Them and am updating settings in the template. I have selected widgets to display in the sidebar available however they are not showing on any of the pages. Also, I have two pages in the menu and the menu button does not open. Please help, I have tried everything I can think of.

  Hi there!

  I just visited your site and the menu opened up for me!

  

  It looks like your menu is being displayed twice right now because its set as your Primary Menu through Appearance > Menus, and it’s set in a Menu widget under Appearance > Widgets.
