Menu button not working on mobile phone

  Hi, the menu button is not working on the phone. Previously I always solved the issue by re-installing the previous version of Word Press by pushing the Re-install Now button. This time I haven’t been able to do this, as the number of the previous version doesn’t appear and when I click on the Re-install Now button, nothing happens. My theme is Cinnamom Restaurant and it has its own custom page builder. Can anyone help to solve this issue?
