Menu button settings – help!

  Hi all.

  For mywebsite I have certain elements on my menu bar that I just want the user to click or hover over and it will show the sub menu.

  At the moment for example – “MY travel tips” I dont want this to be a page or a link, just to act as a main heading (as a point of navigation)and have the sub headings are the actual pages. At the moment because I dont know I just put the URL of the page as the home page – but can confuse the user.

  please advise how I can have this on my website?
