Menu button won’t change color based on CSS

I have a website that when viewed from mobile, pops up a menu button.
Despite changing all the CSS I could find, the menu button is a yellow, instead of green. And it changes when I click on it, but reverts back.

http://www.travellinghat.ieIn addition, when clicking on the menu button, there is small line that appears above the menu choices (again on mobile device). I can see it when in Chrome and using the mobile device view.
I also tried to go and replace every instance of that yellow color in style.css but it didn’t seem to help.

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Digital Ocean.
