menu changed color overnight
-
I have a custom menu that used to be in white fonts just like the rest of the blog, according to the theme. I haven’t changed anything but suddenly the menu links appeared grey.
I have tried cleaning the cache and reloading the page, I have even tried to use different browsers, but the links are still gray and it compromises the readability.
Can anyone help me fix it? Thanks!

I checked the history for the Inuit Types theme, and no recent changes have been made. I also checked the screenshot for that theme in the theme directory, and the links look gray there as well:

The thing is: the custom menu on my blog looked white a couple days ago!
The screenshot displayed is black, but I’ve chosen the “white-purple” theme option…
What is annoying me is that not only it does not fit in the regular theme colors but also it is compromising readability…
But thanks for trying to help! -
I checked a cached version of nandacb’s page and she’s right. CSS used to be:
.menu li a { color: #666666; display: block; padding: 0 9px; } .widget a, .widget h2, .widget h3, .widget li, .widget p { color: #FFFFFF !important; }“Important” is now missing.

Thanks, justpi! I’ve never done anything other than regular theme options and I don’t really know my way around CSS codes…
Can anyone help me change the menu color back to white? -
You’re welcome. Yes, I know you didn’t do anything! And you can’t change it yourself: only WP can. My reply was addressed to designsimply, who knows what the code does and can tell the WP theme guys to add the missing bit back.

Thanks. My guess is it’s not a very recent update: possibly happened when the white-white scheme was added.
