Menu Color & Hover Color

  Hello WordPress experts !

  I made a mistake on a website that I am trying to finish.

  http://consumerculturetheory.org/

  1. The entire menu background went Black instead of the Grey color that appears when I hover over the menu. Where do I edit this setting?

  2. Where can I edit the menu hover color from Grey to Red?

  I am on an .org site with wordpress version 3.5.2 with the theme Twenty Ten.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
